Final draft Full Business Case
The final draft Full Business Case (FBC) for the proposed organisational merger of The North West London Hospitals NHS Trust and Ealing Hospital NHS Trust was considered by both Trust Boards on Tuesday 19 June and Wednesday 20 June 2012 respectively.
Both Boards agreed to proceed to the next stage which is to submit the draft FBC to NHS North West London, NHS London and the Department of Health. The ultimate decision for the merger rests with the Department of Health and, if approved, merger could take place in April 2013.
Copies of the FBC are available here The FBC updates the Outline Business Case (OBC) and further refines the case for change and the reasons why we believe our organisations would be stronger as one.
You can read our information sheet for stakeholders which provides an overview of the draft full business case and the next steps.
