Patient, relatives or carers have the opportunity to nominate a member of hospital staff or volunteer for this award (excluding members of the Macmillan team), in recognition of excellent and high quality communication skills. The prize is £100.

Nominations must be in by 1^st April 2005. Successful candidates (and the person who nominated them) will be notified by 15^th May 2005
