Rt Hon Paul Boateng MP officially launches BECaD

The Rt Hon Paul Boateng MP, made an official visit to the Brent Emergency Care and Diagnostic Centre (BECaD) Site, Central Middlesex Hospital on Friday, 14 May 2004 for an official stone-casting ceremony to mark the commencment of on-site works.
Situated alongside ACAD, the Brent Emergency Care & Diagnostic Centre (BECaD) is being built by Bouygues UK and will be maintained by Ecovert FM for the next 30 years.
This project will complete the first new hospital to be built in South Brent for a hundred years.
