We Care programme
The ‘We Care’ programme has been designed to help us provide our patients with a better experience when they come to our hospitals.
It’s an ambitious programme which incorporates a range of initiatives to help us improve the experience of our patients. For example, customer care training for our staff, surveys and mystery shopping.
Why are we doing it?
You have told us there is more we can do to improve your experience. In recent focus groups patients have told us they want the three Cs - for us to be better at Communicating, be Consistent and Caring.
Staff are also telling us that they want patients to have a good experience when they come to our hospitals and would like to change some of things that they know could be better.
