A short guide to the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act
Under this legislation, any person or organisation, anywhere in the world is now able to request access to information kept by The North West London Hospitals NHS Trust.
Anyone making a written request for information must be informed whether the Trust holds the information and, if it does, be supplied with the information within 20 working days unless an exception applies.
